As a follow up to our previous communication, we are now moving closer to completing the cutover to the Calligo service desk system - Viaje. The plan is to begin the cutover starting this weekend, this will allow our European teams to continue working on the switch over while you enjoy the Canada day holiday.

CCH Currently Experiencing An Issue with All Web Services

So that everyone is aware, speaking to CCH, there is currently an issue with "all web services". This can include but is not exclusive to: Intelliconnect, Portal, iFirm, downloading from the website or any On-Demand service. This may be affecting some users and not others. With that said, they are treating this as a top priority and do not have an ETA at this time.

So that everyone is aware and to limit confusion, the website is being re-directed to a new splash page. To get support and open a ticket, please refer to the 3 options - "Support Centre", "Live Chat" and "Call Us". Windows 10 cumulative updates causing performance issues

Microsoft has confirmed that the April 2019 cumulative update is causing significant performance issues. On Tuesday, Microsoft rolled out the April updates to Windows Server 2016, 10, 8.1, and 7 machines. Shortly after a number of clients, which appear to be at random began to report a number of issues.
