CCH iFirm - Experiencing complications with Google Chrome in the Cloud

Connected Technologies has been made aware of a current complication with the CCH iFirm software when using Google Chrome within the Cloud. 

CCH iFirm has been contacted and currently working on a resolution. In the meantime, they have provided the following steps to be attempted to help resolve the issue: 

A) Clear Google Chrome Cache = If no change, proceed to step B
B) Appdata > Local > Google > Chrome > User Data > Default >

A update has been released for the Data Center VPN client. Users may opt to upgrade the VPN software by acknowledging the upgrade option when promoted following a connection to the VPN. This update is seamless and only takes a few minutes to complete. During this upgrade process no changes will be made to your settings or configuration.

Windows Update Corrupting the Search Functionality

So that everyone is aware, there is a Windows Update that we have identified as causing corruption to the Searching features. We have stopped the update from being installed but the issue is persisting and we are currently investigating additional causes.
