CCH iFirm - Experiencing complications with Google Chrome in the Cloud

Connected Technologies has been made aware of a current complication with the CCH iFirm software when using Google Chrome within the Cloud. 

CCH iFirm has been contacted and currently working on a resolution. In the meantime, they have provided the following steps to be attempted to help resolve the issue: 

A) Clear Google Chrome Cache = If no change, proceed to step B
B) Appdata > Local > Google > Chrome > User Data > Default > Cache > Deleted content = If no change, proceed to step C
C) Current work around is to use Internet Explorer 

If issues persist, please contact our Support Team (416) 855-3030 and select option 3.
