UPDATE: Taxprep Notification - CRA Service Interruptions

RESOLVED: CRA Service Interruptions

Please note that the CRA has resolved the issues described initially with the EFILE services.

However, as a result of the service interruption yesterday, upon logging in to the CRA website, a number of clients have discovered that a secondary login prompt is generating across different browsers. Please hit cancel and refresh your browser and attempt to log in again.

Original Issue: 

Please be advised that Taxprep has been informed by the CRA that their mainframe is experiencing issues and is currently unavailable.

As a result, all users are getting a technical difficulty message when trying to access the EFILE services.

The issue has been identified by the CRA, and their estimated time for restoration is between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. EST for March 25th.

Connected Technologies has not yet been notified if services have been restored.
