Client Using Microsoft Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) May Experience Issues

We have recently discovered an issue with Microsoft Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) where some users are having an issue logging into their emails or other Microsoft applications (Skype, Teams, Outlook, etc.). Currently, we are monitoring the situation for an update from Microsoft, as to when this issue will be resolved. In the meantime, we are asking anyone that is affected by this issue to create a ticket or call into the support line at 416-855-3030 x125 and we will help users to gain appropriate access while we wait for a resolution to the issue. 

UPDATE: The issue with TFA has been resolved according to a post by Microsoft.
